About Russ HodgeRuss Hodge, President and founder of RHB, is an Olympian and former World Record Holder in the Decathlon event. He comes from a strong athletic background - his father a professional basketball player, and his mother an Olympic high jumper in 1936. Russ produced notable performances in the 100 Meters: 10.2; Long Jump: 25'4"; Shot Put: 61'; 40 Yard Dash: 4.2 seconds; 1500 Meters: 4.12; 500 pound Bench Press, and 775 pound Squat. He has been personally involved in the nutritional field for more than 30 years and has designed related programs for more than 1000 Olympic and professional athletes.
