• RHB Multivitamin Multimineral Antioxidant Capsules - (RHB Multivitamin Multimineral Antioxidant Capsules is best taken with meals once or twice a day)
• 8 to 10 small sized capsules per day for moderate activity and moderate stress level

• RHB Super Amino Plus - (RHB Super Amino Plus is best taken between meals.
• 12 small sized tablets per day for moderate activity, moderate stress level, and general maintenance
